Lotus Domino 8.5 Server Policy Documentation

We are trying to create a documentation for our current Domino 8.5 Policy Settings and would like to know and hear from anyone of a better way to do it.We are currently doing Word documentation where we have to use screen shots of all tabs and paste it and label it in a word format – very very tedious process.

Does anybody have a better way of doing it? I would really appreciate any help.

BTW - I can forward the whole policy through an email and the attached document can be navigated in each tabs, but not sure if how I can convert that email to a working document without losing the tabs functionality from opening.

Subject: You could use Lotus Notes and mindplan

Mindplan allows you to use objects to think out your ideas, and could even help you schedule out the process, perhaps even track your status. It is a Notes composite applications designed to help you think through things. Hense the name Mindplan. Google it, or go to Mindplan.com, and download your own free personal version.

Subject: print to word doc

You could also export the docs by simply printing to the windows printer for word, fax, or an print driver like snagit. This will create a file for you as well.
