Do I install sametime additional?

I want setting a message server ,how can I do?

can I install Istant Messaging 6.5 on Lotus domain 6.0?

You install ST on top of a Domino server. Special release of Domino is needed. Check out the ST release notes for requirements and the help file on how to install it.
