Try with Domino Everyplace and you don’t have to sync anything. The users will be able to work online from their phones.

I have some people using Handspring Treo’s with Lotus Easysynch and they can synch everything. I don’t know of anything that can do it without an extra software conduit.
Subject: There are several ways to go here …
If you’re talking about syncing to the phone, your best best is to use a Palm or PocketPC-based phone (like the Palm Tungsten W or Handspring Treo or the Seimens PocketPC phone). Then, the phone acts just like a PDA and you can sync to it with with any number of products (EasySync, Cadenza, Pylon, XTND Connect, Intellisync).
On the other hand, if you want to merely be able to “read” your Notes PIM stuff, you can employ Domino Everyplace 6.0 which will allow you to have WAP access (the micro-browser available on most internet-ready phones these days). No sync.
Either works.
As a certain software company says, where do you want to go today?

Both my phones sync with Notes out of the box.
I have a Nokia 9210 Communicator and Nokia 3650.
They are based on the Symbian Epoc OS and come with Sync software that syncs with Notes 5 & 6. I think this is the case for all Symbian based phones. Avoid the MS Smartphone ones.
Cheers,
Ben

Avoid the MS Smartphone ones.
Harsh!
The MS Smartphones fall under the “PocketPC” umbrella, so any of the vendors that support PocketPC sync will be able to handle those.
