I have a new user who has a pop3 account. I entered the details of the internet mail on install with details of the ISP hosting the pop3 mail.I also created the Account with the login details for the user. After the initial sync the 1000 odd email messages downloaded to the mail file. I syncronised the next day and found that not withstanding the message that 55 email messages had been received, no more mail was in the mail file.
I created another location document for a different mail file. When I used this location all mail was downloaded included the extra 55 mail messages not received before. When I test new messages received they show as being received, but they don’t appear in the mail file. I have tested this on my own client also 8.51 and found the same results. Where are these new mail messages going and how can I get them into the mail file. I do look in the All documents view, by the way.
