Lost my Inbox view

Suddenly cannot access my mail after a few days of success with beta 2. Error message is “Could not create the view: Unsupported or unrecognized format”. Long list of details but unable to copy text.

We are investigating another report of this issue. Please can you identify what server version and template you are using.

Same error message, same workaround sort of works: Do a search and find the calendar entries. Unfortunately this is a list view, not the calendar view. But better than nothing.

My inbox and calendar views are back and operating normally following a shutdown and reboot.

…not an admin. Can I determine these myself? One thing I can tell you is that the server version is certainly NOT 8.5, probably not even 7. And I’m also certain that our mail template is a custom one supplied by IT.

FWIW, I can perform a search, then clear the search results, and by this get full access to my mail. Not ideal but a workaround.
