In User Preferences, where you specify Name & Address books, is it possible to specify some other contact database and then when you are in a new memo, you can select an address from the database? I have created a contact db and want it to appear in the list of address books when you press “To” next to the To field. This part works fine and I have copied in a PeopleGroupsFlat view which I have modified slightly to show all the contacts. The problem is when it comes to sending. It either says that the “selected entry does not have a valid address” or it pulls a person in but then ries to send it to that name (instead of an email address) and obviously the mail is returned. Has anyone else done this?

Choose File → Preferences → User Preferences, then add the filename of the new contact DB into the “LocalAddressBooks” field (shown below)…
(Make sure you place a comma between each additional entry)
