I am trying to clean out some of the obsolete databases on our system. What I need to do is remove any database that hasn’t been access / used / opened / read / updated / etc. in over 6 months. The problem is I see nothing that tells me the “real” last time anything was actually modified or the last time a document was read.
Database Activity shows the last time the server touched it, which could have been as recent as last night even though no one has actually touched the database in over a year.
Is there some method available somewhere that will help me perform this process?

Can I access the latest entry in this list via LS or Java ? I need some way to go through entire data directories on many servers and get this information per database. One-by-one really isn’t too helpful…

This has to be done against all the databases in the system, not a one at a time option. I need to create a report and determine which databases can be removed. I am talking about 500-1,000 databases in our system. A one at a time option simply will not work.
Also, I am the administrator and I do not know of any catalog option that will give me what I am looking for.
Anyone else have any suggestions?

Check with your Notes administrator. Just a guess: There might be a setting you can use on the catalog task.
