I hope this is the right place to post this question. I am looking for a way to monitor administrator activity. I don’t want to have to review access detail from individual databases, I would like some way to correlate all (or selected) databases and view access to them. Is there a solution for this request?

While there are a few tools out there, Tracking an Administrator is a tough one. If they have full admin access to the server the solution is on, they can edit the tracking info and even delete records, or even the config db itself. So the solution may need to be deeper than notes based it may need to be OS based, a key logger or something similar. I am not sure what I would do. If you find something rock solid let me know.
