if a user sends a mail with wrong or other person location document , the recepient receives mail with the wrong location internet address.
what can be done so that client only uses senders internet address from person document
of server rather than Location document
It being creating a issue here , as in one DEPT one PC is used by many users to access Lotus notes

Why not create multiple location documents, on the PC? When each user logs into that PC, have them select their location document.

Hi John,Open your Configuration Document, open Mime-Advanced-AdvancedOutboundMessageOptions and add to Field “Notes items to be removed from headers:”
‘Principal INetFrom’ to use always InternetAdress from Persondocument instead of Locationdocument.

Well if your users forget to pick their location after logging into notes, try removing internet addresses from all the location documents … it worked for me …
