Hi All

Is there any way to prevent users creating a local replica from a server to their laptops? I know using security settings of server, one can prevent users creating replicas on the server, but can it be done the other way?

Is there any setting on the server replicas of a database, so that only server to server replication is allowed and not local to server replication? I know users can take the option to only get documents from server but not send to server. But can there be a setting on server replica to prevent accepeting documents from local replicas while still accepting documents from other server replica.

How does the date in Relication setting - Other tab “only replicate incoming documents saved or modified after” in local-server and server-local replications work?
We have 5 servers in various locations, with databases being replicated on schedule between the servers. Some of the users have some of the databases locally so that they can work off-line.
TIA

Documents that have not been modified in the last x days are purged from the database.

This is basic admin and is in the Administrator Help database. It’s good reading for newcomers to Notes/Domino.
