Local address book

One users local address book has gone wild and the fullname field and messaging id field are populated with someone elses name or email. The First name, last name and email fields are correct. What happens is that when a new message is composed and the name of the person is written in the to field the messaging id field is used as email which is wrong.

Is there a way to create an agent that clears these fields and perhaps re-saves the document so that the are correct? Or could you just replace the messaging id field with the email field and the fullname field with First name and Last name?

are you saying that when you compose a new message to a particular contact, the Messaging ID and Fullname field change to someone else’s name?

You should be able to edit any contact and change the Messaging ID and Fullname fields to whatever you want there. Fullname will always be modified to show the current Firstname / Lastname.
