LN Domino 8.5 Server Policy Documentation

We are trying to create a documentation for our current Domino 8.5 Policy Settings and would like to know and hear from anyone of a better way to do it.We are currently doing Word documentation where we have to use screen shots of all tabs and paste it and label it in a word format – very very tedious process.

Does anybody have a better way of doing it? I would really appreciate any help.

BTW - I can forward the whole policy through an email and the attached document can be navigated in each tabs, but not sure if how I can convert that email to a working document without losing the tabs functionality from opening.

Hi,I am looking for a solution too. We currently do not have a documentation but as part of upgrade to Domino 8.5.1 and policy clean up, we would like to do some documentation.

What would be nice is if the values that we change in the Policy Settings would change to a different color (red or blue. That way we would know what we’ve changed.
