LN Address Conversion Problem

Hello,

Whenever we are sending any mail from Lotus Notes to the internet. It is only converting the sender LN address into the Internet address and not converting all the LN addresses in the mail into Internet address. Following is the

example for the same:-

What will be the possible reason of this problem and how to resolve it.

It must be a misconfiguration in the global domain document. I would think that internet address lookups are not set or enabled so DOmino converts the names in a ‘standard’ way as set in the global domain doc. Then it appends the primary internet domain.

It’s better to use internet address lookups. You can set them easily via the DOmino administrator client.

Hello,

the problem is your notes domain.

When there is a period “.” in this name, the router don’t convert this address, because the syntax @ispat.com is like the syntax of an Internet Address.
