I had the following code working:
In a LotusScript class I have the following lines of code:
Dim x As Integer
x = 0
While Not(searchDb Is Nothing)
Redim Preserve currentServerDatabaseTitles( x )
Redim Preserve currentServerDatabaseNames( x )
Redim Preserve currentServerDatabasePaths( x )
currentServerDatabaseTitles( x ) = searchDb.Title + “|” + Cstr(x)
currentServerDatabaseNames(x) = searchDb.FileName
currentServerDatabasePaths(x) = searchDb.FilePath
Set searchDb = dbdir.GetNextDatabase
x = x + 1
Wend
This works nicely.
I put the contents of this array into a hidden field, then reference the field contents in my listbox selection formula.
Everything to the left of the pipe was in the listbox, while the incrimenting number to the right of the pipe was sent to this next line of code for further processing:
Call myCoTargetDb.reSelectDatabase( doc.TargetDbTitle(0) )
This was before “circular script library” problems manifested themselves.
Afterwards, my listbox values now look like this:
database One|0
database Two|1
database Three|3
etc.
Somehow, even though I have the contents in one string "including the pipe sign, the field is not picking up the difference between value and alias. I did try using the @Explode(@Implode (…) ) combination, but that didn’t work either.
Any ideas?
