Using a tried and tested setup, this is not working as expected. Code that I created with Lotus Notes 5 still works correctly with Lotus Notes 6 but it doesn’t in my new project.
I have a listbox with a field name in the choices option. The field is multi-value with entries separated by chr(10). It’s set to use NewLine as the delimiter. On refresh, the listbox just appends the new entries to the first one as one long entry.
If I separate the entries with chr(10) + chr(13), it shows multiple choices but includes an unwanted character “” in front of each line.
If anyone else has encountered this problem, would you tell me how to fix it?

I’m surprised that worked at all. The choice list for a keyword field needs to be a multivalue, not a delimited string. You might update the way you calculate the other field, from which you’re reading the value, so that it does not include newlines, but instead uses newline as a multivalue delimiter (or whatever other delimiter you choose – the point is to make it multivalued). The formula for that field, if there is one, will also have to return a list, e.g.

Fixing the source of the choices to be a multivalue field is the best option.
If you can’t do that or prefer not to because the field is being used for other purposes, you can use the @Explode function as the field’s choice formula to render the field into multiple values.
