I’m trying to limit the use of a particular address book in my domain. Right now, we’ve got 2 address books in the directory catalog, and a separate address book in the notes.ini names= line on the server (with very restricted access via ACL).
If a person does not have access to the separate address book, but guesses (mis-types) a name in the To: field, Notes resolves the name and the person is able to send email to the restricted user/group.
Seems like others have had this problem but have not resolved.
I’d appreciate any suggestions.
