License Tracking Database, Month of Last Access not updated

I have enabled the License Tracking Database, but the month of last access is not updating correctly. I have users sitting next to me that use Notes daily and their month of last access still shows as 07/2004. I have recalcuated and refreshed but am not sure why this value updates for some users and not others.

Any comments appreciated.

I have same issue on AIX with Domino 6.5.4. The users have recently accessed (2006), however the month of last access for the users are still 2004. Any ideas?
