LEI Error - Cannot locate corresponding record

I am using 3 LEI virtual document activities to connect to 3 DB2 tables. I frequently get the error “Cannot locate corresponding record.” When this error occurs, several of the view indexes become corrupt. I have not recognized a pattern as to why this error occurs.

Has anyone worked with LEI and figured out a way to prevent this error? Any assistance would be appreciated.
