I Have an application Built on Lotus Domino 6.5.3 for web clients. All users are authenticated against LDAP (SUN ONE), LDAP configurations are done in DA.nsf
I have a login form in dclf.nsf. In order to know the number of wrong password trails and password expiration time, i am using @NameLookup([EXHAUSTIVE];userid “Ldapattributename”, which gives me the attributes from, all are working fine
The problem is when a user logs in successfully then the a attribute called “passwordretrycount”(which hold number of wrong password trails) should reset to “0” which is not happening, it is holding the same value .
I have another application built on J2ee which uses the same ldap for authentication, it is working fine there ( the attribute resets to “0” after successful login)
So i hope that it is not the problem LDAP. because this problem is not faced in j2ee application but faced in Domino application.
Can some one help me to solve this issue
