Kony Visualizer v8.0.1 crashes while uninstalling on Windows 10. Please help. thanks Anil

I could not find eclipse.ini file. Where is it located on Windows 10 machine.

Hi,

For windows OS, eclipse.ini file is located inside Kony_Visualizer_Enterprise folder as eclipse (configurations settings).

I do not have that folder/file. I am using Starter Edition Version 8

Hi @Svwvh Ince ,

You can follow the below steps to uninstall starter version in silent mode.

Open a DOS window (Command Prompt), and navigate to the following location

<Install Drive>:\<Kony install folder>\_Kony Visualizer_installation

2. At the prompt, type Uninstall.exe -i silent and press Enter to uninstall Kony Visualizer Starter.
