Kony Visualizer 8.1.1 update issue

A pop up (UPDATE VISUALIZER) is on screen always and not able to close it or do any other action. If I follow the pop-up and go to update its failing all the time I tried.

Please find the screen shots for more clarity.

Can you try restarting the Visualizer once. This should help , If not we need to check if the plugin has been partially downloaded . Will help you further if the restart not worked.
