Shocking. I finally got the system to work. iSync, Lotus 6 or 6.01, Palm, Lipsync and it works.
Finally a way to sync palms, os x and Lotus.
Subject: Kissworks LipSync works! (OS X, Lotus Notes, Palm)
I had been using EasySync on PC to sync Notes & Palm, then iSync at home on my Mac for Palm->iCal.
Problem: entries don’t get to all 3 devices unless I force a “Full Sync” in EasySync. I then get many duplicate entires 
Tell me Lipsync doesn’t have this porblem, and I’m sold…

From the tone of your posting, it sounds as though there may have been some “challenges” getting things configured correctly.
Can you share your experience ?

and yes there have been some issues, but it always worked. But the latest version is rock solid
