Anyone come across issue where new document is created on database $KeepPrivate field is added to the form?? what can be done with this?

If you have the following option checked it will create that field with a value of 1

Thanks for your response. I have upgraded a previously existing database, eg copied over docs from old into new. I changed the ACL on upgraded Database. The old docs that were copied across dont have $KeepPrivate field attached but any new doc created on upgraded db adds this field. Looking at properties of form from old db that box that you mentioned is ticked so thats why i’m hestitating in changing it…

We had this problem when upgrading a number of database because there was a change in the ACL where people did NOT have Replication or Copy set. Therefore make sure it’s set for your users.
