Keep display always on/unlocked, while in a meeting

I attended a Sametime meeting as a guest using ST Mobile, running on Android. As opposed to other solutions, my screen would go dark and even lock, while the meeting was running. It was especially annoying because it would also switch from landscape to portrait mode when unlocking the phone.

Did I miss a security setting or is this a "bug"/missing feature in the client?

Running on Android 13, ST Version 12.0.8 20230707-1809

We have looked into this

if you joined the meeting as an authenticated user the screen does not go dark, and it is working as designed.

however if you joined the meeting as an guest user the screen does go dark and it is NOT working as designed.

A Jira ticket has been created internally to look into this issue.
