You can’t install another JVM with Domino. Domino installs its own JVM, 1.3.1. That is the only version it can use. This will get updated to 1.4.1 with Domino 7 early next year.

i have install the jdk1.4.1 because whith the native lotus jvm i couldn’t install the server. When i use the lotus native JVM i have the same error message when i start the server.
Do you know why i have this error message this anyone JVM. I have also try with the jdk1.3.1.
Thanks.

This is an issue for Lotus support, then. I’ve never had an issue with installing Domino on Windows, Unix or Linux because of the JVM. I don’t have any JVM installed at all in these environments and Domino, which installs its own JVM, installs just fine.
