How many man/woman hours per week should it take to manage two domino servers with 700 total users?

…runs 20+ R5 servers (two hubs, rest spokes on other locations), 2500+ users (mostly mail) with 1 fulltime admin, and our assistance one day of the week. Granted, they use one of our tools that helps them to manage the users - migration to other locations, renames etcetera.

Seriously, it depends on the environment and on whether such tools as Monitoring are being utilized.
Most administration is based on how much mail, usage, user registrations, applications, and servers are being managed in the environment.
Without knowing any of the details it’s difficult to say. But I would guess one full time person. Anyone else think it would be more/less?
Care to shed some light on the environment for a better estimate?

Agree with Lisette, actual need depends on many factors…My rough estimation based on experience with 150 users and 10 servers is 1 - 2 full time admins.
