Junk / spam mail and auto creating a rule

I am trying to find out if this is in a new version of Notes mail, maybe someone here can help me out.

Users want a way to simply select a mail message and mark it as junk / spam from within their inbox and have a mail rule automatically created that keeps future e-mails from this sender arriving in their inbox. I know this can be done by creating a mail rule, but the process according to our users is too cumbersome.

Any relief in future versions of the mail template?

Just loaded 6.5.4 and see where this functionality is in the inbox with the Junk folder. Thought this functionality existed, just had a mental block.
