Wonder If anyone can help.
From a form I open a new form in a new window and allow a value to be added/amended in a multiline text box, once this is done I click update and send the value from the field back to the opener window and put that value in the innerHTML of a div. What is happening though is I am losing the formatting of any spaces and line breaks that I had and it just returns a long string.
Are there any methods/ideas that I could use to keep the formatted text from my multi line box when updating my innerHTML of the DIV.
Ive tried using
tags etc but the line of text it returns is too long and breaks my table.Any Ideas
