Once a month I’ve to reinstall the whole client/designer/admin, because of all the sucking java failures. It takes me more than an hour to reinstall all clients and a few days to get all my settings back. I need to tell you this because I’m quite frustrated with the eclipse and java.sucks client.
The current problem: I can’t open any view/folder in my own mailfile. If I use the basic client, no problem. But the standard client raises the failure: java.lang.NumberFormatException
The error occures since:
I pressed the key Ctrl+M while the Notes client wanted to bring me a dialogbox for new email. Crash, hang, dead!!!
I tried the following:
delete bookmark.nsf, cache.ndk, desktop8.ndk - still failure
repair install the clients - still failure
fixup, compact updall all applications on local - still failure
So once more I’ve to reinstall all clients.

have to start the client with parameter -sa then I’m able to work
