Issue with Inbox when using Verse

Domino/Notes Version:12.0.2FP6
Add-on Product: Verse
Its Version: 3.2.4
Operating System: Linux
Client: Chrome and Firefox


Problem/Query:
When opening user mail, Inbox is empty while using Verse. When switching to older webmail GUI, Inbox looks OK.
Also, when user delegates access to it’s mail to someone else, other person can see Inbox just fine.
Tried dbmt, fixup -YJF, compact -c, updall -R, design refresh on the mail database, it did not fix the issue.

Can you try design replace and see if that helps. You can use the server command to do it.

load convert mail\userdbname.nsf * mail12.ntf

Has the affected user tried accessing HCL Verse on a different browser (for example, Firefox or Edge if you normally use Chrome)? Or, did the user already tried deleting the cache and cookie of the browser and try logging in in a private window and see if the issue persists?

Tried those options, didn’t help.

Since you have already performed maintenance on the database, have you also tried creating a new replica of it?

Does the mailbox have indexes created?
Are indexes updated?
If so, I suggest re-create indexes. Verse relies heavily on indexes; they may have got corrupted, so, mails won’t be shown.
