Issue when replying to mails with Verse on-Prem after applying IF for router Dec 13 issue

Hi team.

I'm running Verse on-Premise on Domino 12.x

After applying the recently published Hot Fix to address the routing issue, when attempting to reply to mails (new or existing), I'm getting the following message:

(Error retrieving data. If problem persists, contact the administrator).

Is anyone else facing this? Any workaround or fix?

We have tried in different browsers, incognito/private mode with no luck.

Composing a new message works fine.

It happens only when using Reply in Verse.

iNotes works fine as well.

Verse 3.2.3?

Thanks for pointing this. As a matter of fact, I wasn't in latest Verse release. I've just updated and everything is running fine.

No problems replying in Verse. Domino 12.0.2 FP5 HF9 with Verse 3.2.3.

Hi Elvis,

I am running Domino 1202FP5HF13 and I don't seen an issue too.

When I reply any emails it just goes fine without an issue.

Is this an issue for all user or specific user ?

Hi.

This was for all users, but seems to be related to not being running the latest Verse version.

After upgrading, everything was working as expected.
