Worker Thread Support is there in Kony Visiualizer 7.3 version and you can find the details in the API guide.

Thanks for swift response.

To be specific i dont see workerthread folder itself under modules of a Kony Reference Architecture project. That's why wanted to confirm. Hope Kony Reference Architecture also supports worker threads?
