There are 21 different phone numbers that can be attributed to any one contact in DWA. By default, when a new contact is created, the 4 available phone number fields are titled “work”, “work fax”, “pager” & “assistant” respectively.
Is there any way to alter the phone numbers that are requested by default for a new contact? At the very least, I would like to display the “mobile” phone number instead of the “assistant” number.
Is there any way to include the “mobile” phone number in a contact’s “summary” information (displayed after the contact has been created/saved) or the Contacts view?
Is there a way to limit the choices offered to the users in this area (e.g. remove the “pager” option)?
