Example: i had one android application developed by android Studio i have to check if its developedby android platform go to google playstore or else go to kony

Once you build the application for Android in Kony Visualizer you will get the APK file from the below location.
Workspace\temp\ProjectName\build\luaandroid\dist\DNSupport\build\outputs\apkrelease\Sample-release.apk
This apk is unsigned release mode apk. Sign the apk and publish to the play store.
It depend upon the application type, if your application for end users then you go and publish the app in PlayStore. If the application in-House applicator and only for your organization and you are using EMM then you can publish the application in Kony.
Please provide more detail on the requirement.
