Is there any know limit for nested subgroups when handling permissions on Connections Files?

Hi team.

Hope you're all doing great.

We have Connections 7.0 integrated with Domino 12.0.1 for authentication.

We have also set up groups to read Nested members:

Is there any know limit on how many nested subgroups are currently handled by this setup ?

We currently have groups created by internal departments, so, we currently have:

User -> Area Group -> Company Group -> Team Group

We have created folders in Files in Connections and have shared them with "Team Group" level, but none of the members are able to access such folders:

I'm guessing this is because of the 3 level of nested groups.

Could you please let me know if my assumption is correct and if there is any known workaround for this (other than sharing at the top level group or second level group)?

Just to post an update on this:

We also tested using a group with a first-level member, and that user won't get access to the folder either.

We might have a misconfiguration, or there might also be a bug somewhere in the integration.

So, for the doubt, I've also created a Support Case in order to troubleshoot the issue.
