Is there a way to find out inactive users for 3 months?

I am not sure if somewhere records the user access to the home mail file. Is there a way to have a report that records the users do not access their home mail databases for some period of time?

you can open the User Activity log (database properties) and check to see what date the user last accessed the mail file. Also, you can write a utility to search dbactivity using lotusScript or you can buy a 3rd party app to do this, check out “best software”. Also, take a look as Activity Trends in Domino Admin help. You enable this feature on a per server basis and can use it to find databases that aren’t used anymore.

Check the Sandbox. Someone has posted a database which is a good start on the LotusScript

This won’t help >TODAY<, but it’ll help you in 3 months…

Set up License Tracking, there is a view that shows ‘Month of last access’ - you could modify the datyabase to sort by that column.

The task runs at night, and shows all connections; ie POP3, IMAP, HTTP as well as Notes.
