We have planned a "public" preview of Meetings by April 29th. I know that is still far away and you are looking for something right now, especially in times like this. We have started looking into what can we do to provide you access to our chat/meetings tools before that. Our whole development team is focused on the GA release of Sametime Meetings - targeted for June 30th. I'll come back to you one we can figure something out here - hopefully before April 29th.
