Our users complain that Lotus notes can’t see highlight text sent by another programs (e.g. outlook). More, notes highlight can’t see by yahoo.com, outlook too. This is a big problem of my company…Pls help…

Highlighting some of the words by “blue” text color in email etc… Are you talking about this sort? Then there is no problem with such thing. Any email can see the blue colored highlighted text. I just tested it with my outlook mail from Lotus Notes mail.
