After updating Domino and Traveler from 8.5.1to 8.5.2 no devices (all iPhones,OS3) are able to syncronize with Traveler. The display on an iPhone shows “updating” … “updated” and the current time but nothing else happens. The Domino webserver log contains entries about authenticated requests from those devices. I didn’t find any suspicious entries in log.nsf.

I had something similar happen once with 8.5.1. Everything seemed to be fine on the surface, but random users were having the updating, updated…with nothing happening. I restarted and it hasn’t done it since.
Subject: iPhones can’t syncronize with Traveler
I just upgraded our Traveler server from 8.5.1 to 8.5.2 and upgraded the Traveler software also and it appears to be functioning correctly. We have mostly iPhones and the all seem to be working as desired and the calendar invitations can now be correctly accessed.
Sorry I can’t shed any light on your problem but I wanted you to know that there are systems out there that are working.
Subject: URL redirection
I changed the URL redirection from /Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync* → /servlet/traveler/ (which worked in 8.5.1) to /Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync* → /servlet/traveler/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync* and that solved the problem.Any idea why 8.5.2 behaves this way?
