We have a user that is encountering an HTML error on line 56, specifically the following:
Unmatched encountered. Ignoring tag.
The problem is that I can access the mail database using my iPhone (and his credentials) without problems!?! Kinda blew my theory re: design issue. Our iPhone OS + Safari are the same and settings on the phone appear the same. Any ideas? I cleared the Safari cache. Thanks in advance!

Hi,When do you get this error? What page is being displayed?
Does your iPhone (the one that doesn’t show the issue) have the Safari debug console feature on the iPhone enabled?

Eric… thanks. I think the debug console is enabled because that is how we saw the “Unmatched…” error. I do not have the debug console enabled on mine because it worked. It happens when accessing the mail database (or via redirect to same page) using the http:\…\mail\user.nsf URL.

It isn’t reproducible on any other client? I’d love to get the source.
Are both iPhones running the same firmware version?
