iPhone Calendar Entries Three Hours Earlier Than Notes Client

I have a new iPhone Travler user whose calendar entries appear on the iPhone three hours earlier than they do on the users’s Notes calendar.

The time zone setting on his iPhone is correct. His Notes client and computer are correct. Yet, somewhere the time zone between the Notes client and the iPhone must be in conflict.

I’ve got 40 other iPhone users, myself included, who never had a problem like this.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

Greg

Subject: iPhone Regional Settings

Hi,

There are two areas on the iphone that should check.

(1) Settings\General\International.…

…Make sure the Language and Region Format are correct.

(2) Settings\MailContactsCalendars.…

…In the Calendars section, check the settings for Time Zone Suport.

Hope that helps,

Michael

Subject: Thanks

Yes, the second option did it. I didn’t realized there were multiple time zone settings.

Thanks,

Greg
