InView Edit and Ctrl-Click to Create

Hi All,

I have designed a view with editable columns and the property to allow creation of new documents at view level enabled. The Problem I have is that the ability to create new documents at the view level only seems to exist when the view already contains documents. If the view is empty, the “Ctrl-Click here to add a new document” does not appear at all. Am I missing something?

Also, I assume the string “Ctrl-Click here to add a new document” is not configurable?

no, you are not missing anything. The Line “Ctrl+Click here to add a new document” does only appear in the view, when it contains already documents. And the “Ctrl+Click here to add a new document” is not configurable.
