Hi All,
I have added a custom agent to the mail template. This agent allows users to select multiple documents and file them to another database. Once the document is filed to the other db the document is deleted from the users mail file. No problems so far… the only issue is if the user has their preview pane open they are presented with an error message: “Invalid Universal ID”
As far as I can tell this is not a problem with the code I am using but rather an issue with the preview pane trying to display a document that no longer exists.
How can I update the preview pane with the next document given focus or atleast stop this message from being displayed?
