Invalid salt version in KonyBankingAdminConsole

I am able to create an internal user for Customer360 by Super Admin but unable to login with the credentials. At time of creating user, the username automatically falls on the password field in database with no encryption but while authenticating it verifies on a hashed string.

Please guide how to achieve this. I have tried using custom code for encrypting password while creating user but i am receiving an error of mismatch salt version.

Hi,

While creating an user we are not allowing the user to set a password at the same time, because it's not suppose to be self service. that's why we are saving the same username in the password field till the time user will set the password.

We are sending an email to the same user to set the password. Please provide a valid email and set the password by the link, provided in that email.
