Invalid or NonExistent Document

Hi AllI know this is a common issue

However I upgraded 5 of my servers to R7 in November, and have had no issues, since December 12th, End users have been complaining about Invalid or NonExistent Document,

and this has been happening on about 20-30 mail files on each of the 5 servers I still have eight 6.5.4FP2 servers and have had no complaints,

I have tried Replacing/Refreshing Designs upgrade designs

commands run on the Server have been

load fixup

Load Compact -c -i -f -k (change this to run compact -b daily in program doc)

Load updall -x (runs daily in program doc)

load convert -u

none of this works

the only solution is to do Shift+ F9 while in that specific View

CTRL + Shift + F9 does not work either

I cant go on advising my end users to do Shift F9,

so my question is has any one else experienced this issue, or can anyone advise me of a solution

Subject: Invalid or NonExistent Document

Try this instead:

load updall -R

This will rebuild the views and get rid of the docs in the view.
