User will create (chair) a To Do. It shows up in his To Do List as it should. The following day, the To Do entry is deleted from his To Do List and he ends up receiving an error “invalid or nonexistent parent document” when trying to open up responses to the To Do Entry because it is no longer found on his To Do List.
There have been no recent changes to his computer. He didn’t run Archive or Calendar Cleanup. He doesn’t use Mobile device to access his mail file. There’s nothing in Trash.
I had him create a test To Do Entry. Sure enough, the next day, the test had disappeared from his To Do and says invalid document when he opens up a response.
Thank you,
Ali
Subject: Can you check if there is a customized agent or something running causing the deletion?
Subject: There is no customized agent. Thank you
Subject: Display overdue TO DO items on the current day
There is an agent that runs daily if you have this preference enabled…
But it really should just be setting the calendar date time value on the ToDo (so that your todo’s move forward in time on your calendar). I doubt that it is causing the problem if you dont have it customized but you may want to see if it might have an effect?
Subject: Seems very specific to this particular user right?
Is there a way I can get a design only copy of the user mail file having the issue.
