I have one user who is trying to access his e-mail from the web. It used to work but now he is getting the error: You are not authorized to perform this operation.
Does anyone have an idea what happened or how I fix it? Short of deleting his user and mailbox and re-creating everything that is!

Did someone else use this workstation to access web mail. Sometimes the address corresponding to different Mail file is saved into the browser.
Did u try clearing cookies and files?
Also try resetting his internet password and see if you can login?
Thirdly, make sure in the user’s mail database ACL (advanced tab) max internet name & pw is set to at least ‘Editor’ …
