Internet links does not work from Notes Mail

Internet links does not work from Notes Mail.( Under preference -basic notes client configuration make internet URL has been selected ). OS is windows 7 professional.

  1. I removed, bookmark.nsf, Desktop8.ndk Casch.ndk

Still can not access ->Did not work

  1. Deleted Windows profile.

Still can not access → Did not work

Does any one know the cause for this issue?

Subject: How does it not work?

Does it show as a link? What is an example of one of the URLs, do links work in other databases? Does a browser launch when clicking a link?

Please provide more detail.

I checked and I am giving answer for your questions

  1. Database links can access from the user mailbox

  2. It shows the external link

  3. Does not launch the browser when clicking link
