User used to logon locally to windows and user had favorites in IE. Users are configured with single user notes install. If user logged onto notes, the bookmark bar contained a Internet Explorer Links Bookmark with links to the IE favorites.
User was changed from logging into windows locally, to loggging onto a windows domain. User lost all of the IE favorites and the Notes Internet Explorer Links bookmark became blank.
Somene copied all his IE favorites from original local profile to domain login profile. User now has all the IE favorites in IE. Notes is still blank. When user logs into notes, the Internet Explorer Links bookmark is blank, even though user has IE favorites.
How do I get notes to resync and see the IE favorites.
I removed the bookmark, then clicked on restore defaults. That did not work.
I renamed bookmark.nsf and restarted notes. Notes created a new bookmark.nsf file, but the Internet Explorer Links are still blank.
If user goes into IE, the user sees all the IE favorites.
How do I resolve this issue ?
