One user in my organization is having trouble with incoming internet email addresses…in place of an actual image is “[IMAGE]” in red. Hyperlinks appear, but they are spread out in disarray. I opened the users’ mail file from within Domino admin and see that it is having the same problem there, leading me to believe that it is not necessarily a client problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you very much.

a) In their personal address book, names.nsf, change the Internet Explorer setting to Internet Explorer within Notes, save and closeb) Open any web page within Lotus Notes Client.
c) This will create the perweb.nsf database locally
d) Switch back to Internet Explorer only and save/close
e) The person document for the user should be ‘Keep in senders format’
f) Open the client again and it should be fine.
